Volunteer Opportunities
Sharing the Experience
Become a guide for visitors at the History Center or the Heritage Village...or both! If you like to talk to people and tell the stories behind our collections, this will be a good fit. What about helping in the Mary Ann Gift Shop? Recommend the right souvenir to make that visit extra special.
Organizing the Archives
With such large collections, we need volunteers with an eye for detail. As we receive new items, it is very important that our databases are kept current and accurate. As research requests come in, records and photos need to be located and scanned.
Keeping the motor running
A facility like the History Center will always have displays that need to be built or rearranged. Maybe you are a good painter. Whatever your skill, we have a place for you.
